Schmidt Construction Consulting was founded in 2000 specializing in providing advisory and project management services to real estate development companies, corporations and institutions which are undertaking construction projects. Its founder, Barry Schmidt, is a former construction project manager with over twenty-five years experience in the New York City region construction market.

Mr. Schmidt founded the firm because he has found that the process of construction management being practiced in the New York City region leaves room for improvement. We strongly believe that better results can be achieved on projects through more careful monitoring and control of the construction process than what is generally found in the industry.
